Financial Aid Calendar

Approximately 80% of financial aid awards are distributed to families who meet the timetable listed below, and only complete applications can be considered.

November 1, 2011

Financial aid applications for the 2012-2013 school year are available online at www.sss.nais.org.

December 1, 2011

Paper financial aid packets are mailed to all families who submitted a "Financial Aid Request Form."

January 10, 2012

Financial Aid Workshop for all K-12 financial aid applicants (6 p.m. in the Student Center to discuss financial aid at ‘Iolani School; followed at 6:30 p.m. in Seto Hall by a PFS Workshop presented by School & Student Services by NAIS (SSS) to help you understand financial aid and complete your PFS).

February 15, 2012

Deadline -- PFS must be received by SSS.

February 22, 2012

Required documents deadline to SSS via online or by mail.

Early April 2012

Families of newly admitted 6-12th grade students receive financial aid award letters.

Early May 2012

Families of newly admitted kindergarten students receive financial aid award letters.

Mid May 2012

Families of current recipients/returning students receive award notification.

Late Applications
Families who miss these deadlines should contact the Admission Office as soon as possible.
