Scholarships

‘Iolani School has more than 70 named scholarships, and all are based on need. The scholarships listed below are for students who have full or substantial need. After a student is accepted to 'Iolani and qualifies for aid, the Financial Aid Committee awards these scholarships based on the criteria below. Students receive the scholarships each year they remain at 'Iolani as long as they are in good standing academically and continue to qualify financially.

To Apply:

  • Submit your admission application to 'Iolani School by December 1, 2012.
  • If you want a paper PFS, go to http://sss.nais.org/parents and from the dropdown menu "Apply for Financial Aid" select Forms & Instructions. If you prefer you may complete the Financial Aid Request Form and return it with your admission application. You will be mailed a Financial Aid Packet in December. The deadline for filing the PFS and submitting the required documents is February 15, 2013, at SSS.
  • If applying online, complete the PFS and submit your required documents at www.sss.nais.org/parents by February 15, 2013.
  • Take the Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT) in October, November, December or January.
