Withdrawal and Course Change Policy

WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY: Refund for withdrawal is based on the date when the Summer School office receives notification from parents for the child's withdrawal.

The following schedule determines the amount of the refund:

80% refund until May 11, 2012
50% refund until May 18, 2012
20% refund until May 25, 2012
No refunds starting May 26, 2012

COURSE CHANGES: Students or parents who initiate course changes (replacing one course for another, requesting time changes) after submitting their registration will be charged $25 for each change requested.  Course changes after the course begins will incur a $50 charge.
