Forms and Checklists

All families applying for financial aid must complete the Parents' Financial Statement.  To complete the PFS online, go to http://sss.nais.org/parents. Please download the appropriate checklist for additional information.

If you want a paper PFS, go to http://sss.nais.org/parents and from the dropdown menu "Apply for Financial Aid" select Forms & Instructions. If you prefer you may complete the Financial Aid Request Form and return it with your admission application.  You will be mailed a Financial Aid Packet in December.  Please download the appropriate checklist for additional information.
