Forms

All families applying for financial aid must complete the Parents' Financial Statement. To complete the PFS online, go to http://sss.nais.org/parents.

If you want a paper PFS, go to http://sss.nais.org/parents and from the dropdown menu "Apply for Financial Aid" select Forms & Instructions. If you prefer you may complete the Financial Aid Request Form and return it with your admission application. (‘Iolani students not currently receiving financial aid, may submit their Financial Aid Request Form for current students to the Financial Aid Office.) You will be mailed a Financial Aid Packet in December.
