We are your Class of 2013 ‘Ohana Representatives for the 2012-13 school year.

This is an incredible year for our Seniors.  The dedication to excellence, resilience and spirit they’ve shown throughout the years is inspiring.  Let’s show our Seniors how proud we are by making this an awesome and memorable year!  Parental involvement is crucial!

Upcoming events and important reminders will be posted on this webpage.   A complete listing of scheduled events will be published shortly.

COLLEGE LIFE AFTER 'IOLANI

We hope that those of you that attended our recent College Life After 'Iolani event found it useful as we start thinking about our children transitioning to college.  

Another helpful source of information is the College Life After 'Iolani Handbook.  This guide is a compilation of articles and suggestions by 'Iolani alumni and their parents who have shared the experiences of their college-bound students with us. Some are written for students and some are written for parents. This Guide is offered free of charge, and, please note, neither ‘Iolani School nor ‘Iolani ‘Ohana endorses or recommends any commercial products, processes, or services.

A Night of Prayer & Blessing 2013

'Iolani St. Alban's Chapel, 6:30pm - 8:30pm

Join us for a time of prayer and blessing for our children as they leave ‘Iolani and go off to attend college.  We will pray together as one body of Christ and as individual families.

All faculty, staff, students and families of the Class of 2013 are invited to attend this special time of prayer.  Let’s let our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ pour out His blessings upon our children as we lift them up in prayer!


A Night of Prayer and Blessing is organized and offered by a Christian group of parents for the families and students of the Class of 2013.

The event is not a function of Iolani School or the Class of 2013.

College Ready 2013

Nu'uanu YMCA

Orientation on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at 6:30pm

Weekly Tuesday Sessions Starting June 18th and Ending July 23rd

This summer we will be facilitating a six-part, high impact small group DVD series by Family Life called "College Ready" that will be held at the Nu'uanu YMCA. The series is designed for high school seniors going to college and helps them to prepare and discover how to stay grounded in Christ during college life and beyond.

We are having an orientation night on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at 6:30 pm and then every Tuesday for the next six weeks ending on July 23rd.

The topics for each week focus on the following: vision, empowering friendships, excelling academically, dating right, having fun, and growing spiritually.


College Ready Hawaii is organized by two Iolani Families, Matt ('87) & Carol Tan and Troy ('79) & Ann Miyasato for the Class of 2013.

The event is not a function of Iolani School or the Iolani Class of 2013, and is open statewide to all college bound high school graduates of the Class of 2013.
