iPad Distribution

iPad Distribution

All students in Grades K-12 will be receiving an iPad Pro as a part of the One-to-One Initiative.

As compared to the previous iPad, the iPad Pro has a faster processor, increased storage capacity and the ability to have two applications displayed on the screen simultaneously.  Also of importance, for Grades 3-12, the iPad Pros will be accompanied by cases that include keyboards. Our pilot of these devices in the spring resulted in the conclusion that this is the best of both worlds -- tablet and laptop.

The breakdown for grade levels and devices is:
  • 9.7" iPad Pro for Grades K-2
  • 9.7" iPad Pro with Apple keyboard for Grades 3-6
  • 12.9" iPad Pro with Apple keyboard for Grades 7-12
