The 13th Annual A Touch of 'Iolani has sold out in record time. The event, sponsored by the 'Iolani Alumni Association and presented by the Class of 1989, will be held on August 2 at 'Iolani School.
Since tickets were made available to the general public in late April, more than 900 tickets have been sold.
The annual all-class reunion features food from some of Hawaii's top restaurants, a wonderful silent auction, and live entertainment. This year's entertainment line-up includes alumni Bruce Hamada '75 and Paul Shimomoto '86.
Alan Tamanaha '73 will be presented with the 2008 Alumni Service Award, in recognition of his commitment to the school, his class, and the 'Iolani Alumni Association.
