Kelli Grobe ’05 Roars For the Tigers

Ige ’01 Moves to Hong Kong to Grow Business
Recent Olin College graduate Leighton Ige ‘01, owner of a company called Salubrion, is part of a growing trend that is seeing entrepreneurs move out of the United States to grow their businesses. Ige, whose company has had tremendous initial success with its meditation chairs, has moved to Hong Kong to take advantage of a business-friendly environment and closer connections to his manufacturing operations in China. The move has allowed him to cut costs while finding new global markets and creating new product lines. (International Herald Tribune – October 17, 2006)
