Another Quick One, 25-9 25-7, over St. Francis
This one was 14 minutes longer than the game against Le Jardin.
But, it was no closer. Again, the reserves had a lot of playing time, but St. Francis couldn't maintain any momentum after a few attempted scoring runs.
It was 16-3, then 25-9, in the first game.
The second game was 25-7.
The Raiders played with confidence and control. St. Francis is supposed to be going through a rebuilding year, and it does look like they have building blocks for the future.
So far the schedule has allowed the Raiders to get needed experience and learn how to work together. The next game is Saturday, 3:30, lower gym vs. Lanakila Baptist.
The game after that is against undefeated Kamehameha (they beat Punahou last night, 25-14 and 25-20). That game will be Tuesday, 6:30 lower gym. The campus will be rocking for that one.
