Int. Black VB Falls To Punahou Blue In Three

I couldn't help but think how lucky I am to see so many good athletic contests every year as I watched these two teams slug it out.
The Raiders took the first game, 23-19, after seeing ties at 14, 16, 18 and 19, before pulling away at the end as time ran out.
The second game saw the momentum switch to the Puns right from the start as the Buff N Blue jumped out to a 7-1 lead. They maintained that lead throughout and ended up tying the match with a dominant 25-14 victory.
Game three went back to a nail biter all the way to 13-13. But, the Puns then went on a 7-1 run that pretty much clinched the game and the match. The final score was 25-18 but it seemed closer.
Two evenly matched teams, 'Iolani vs Punahou, very good lighting - it was a great afternoon!
