Int. Red Basketball Falls To Punahou Blue, 54-39

It started out poorly as the Puns jumped out to an almost immediate 6-0 lead. The Raiders regrouped, and let the Puns know that they wouldn't go down without a fight, but the Puns had too much on this day.
The Puns hit a bunch of three pointers and mostly controlled the boards, a tough combination to overcome.
It was 6-13 at the end of the first, 14-27 at the half, 21-49 after three, and 39-54 at the end.
This Red team has talent, and they will win their share of games as they get to know their teammates better.

Int Black Basketball Overcomes MPI, 44-29

The first minute of this game was the exact opposite of the previous one, as the Int Blacks raced to a 6-0 lead.
It was 13-8 at the end of the first quarter as the Raiders continued to dominate, mostly through sheer hustle.
The second quarter saw the Owls regroup, start shooting better, and close the gap to 22-19 at the half.
In the third quarter, the Owls went ice cold as the Raiders went on 9-0 run to make it 31-19 at the end of the third quarter.
The Raiders again outscored the Owls in the fourth quarter, 13-10, to make it an impressive 44-29 win over a good team.
