On Monday and Tuesday, delicious baked goods and yummy hot dogs filled the tummies of those who flocked to the 8th grade history classes bake sale fundraiser for children in Northen Uganda. Students worked really hard by baking brownies, cookies, mochi, selling hot dogs, and t-shirts, and raising awareness of the crisis half a world away.
Together they raised approximately $5,000 in just two days! All of the money will go to Kalani High School's Project H.O.P.E. which sponsors a school in Uganda through Invisible Children.
