The third graders had a roaring good time performing for their families on Friday, February 3. Dressed as savannah animals and hunters, the students shared skits, songs, and dances in this year's "Safari Celebration." Mrs. Shim's class explained the importance of respecting the differences of others through a skit and lively hip-hop routine. A sign dance to "Circle of Life," performed by Mrs. Nagami's class, emphasized the significance of taking care of our world.

The students in Ms. Maeda's class entertained the audience with a dance to "Hakuna Matata," and encouraged everyone to show courage even in difficult situations. Mrs. Okino's class demonstrated that friends can provide care and kindness through a skit and song with instrumentation. It was truly a celebration of students sharing their talents, energy, and enthusiasm.
