What’s a little bit of rain when you have precious kindergartners performing for their grandparents?
Actually...there were NUMEROUS deluges of rain on Friday, December 7, before, during AND immediately after the 70 children entertained over 150 grandparents and special guests. Every single child had a memorized speaking part, and the group collectively sang eight songs and “got down” with a rap for their grandparents!
Following the performance in the chapel, the grandparents had the opportunity to see the children’s work, meet their classmates and teachers, and enjoy the students’ art work in the classrooms. A Sugar Plum Tea (which actually resembled a banquet) held on the lanai and carried out in style by a fabulous committee gave everyone a chance to visit with each other and savor those special moments.
The sky may have been filled with rain clouds, but there was only sunshine in everyone's hearts

This is a great way to share your child’s `Iolani experience with family and friends here and around the world!
