Medieval Faire

The Class of 2013 had its turn to present the annual Medieval Faire.  The chapel courtyard was transformed into a scene from the Middle Ages to exhibit the wares, entertainment, food, and magic of the time period.  Alchemists, knights, damsels, calligraphers, crusaders, jesters, artisans, health providers, dancers, armorers, astrologers, embroiderers, and archers could all be seen meandering about the faire under cloudless blue skies.

Lower School students, teachers, and parents enjoyed food and craft booths, entertainment, and merriment.  Upper School students strolled through the faire and reminisced about their Medieval Faire in years past.

The Medieval Faire is the culmination of an interdisciplinary project.  Language arts, social studies, math, art, religion, music, dance, drama, science, and PE all play a role in this fabulous event.
