At the last speech tournament of the season, the 'Iolani Speech Team showed up strong and intent on qualifying more of its own for the State Tournament in April. Of the eight students who competed, all made the break into the final rounds this past Saturday at Mid Pacific Institute. With the State Tournament qualification of 6 more students, Iolani will have a powerful representation at the state championships.
