Late Fee Waivers
We recognize that it may take time for families to recover financially from the recent government shutdown. To request a late fee waiver, please contact our Business Office at businessoffice@iolani.org.
AutoPay Adjustments
If you are enrolled in AutoPay and need to make temporary adjustments, please email businessoffice@iolani.org at least two days prior to the AutoPay date.
Please be assured that though government operations have resumed, we know that it may take some time for financial adjustments to be made. Please continue to keep us updated on your family's situation.
Spring After School Programs Registration Payment Deferral
To reduce disruptions to your child's after-school programs and experience, we are offering a temporary payment deferral for families enrolling in Spring After School Programs and After School Care. Please contact the Special Programs Office at spo@iolani.org to make the request.
