Summer Programs

The mission of the ‘Iolani Summer Programs is to continue the tradition of leadership and academic excellence in offering students from the community and abroad an opportunity to enrich their knowledge and curiosity through engaging curriculum and interactive learning environments in order to foster lifelong learners.

We hope to see you for 2025 ‘Iolani Summer Programs!

The 2025 ‘Iolani Summer Programs are open to current ‘Iolani students and visiting students. Kindergarten classes are open to newly enrolling ‘Iolani students and kindergarten applicants.

See eligibility requirements for students attending school outside the United States.

Summer Registration Dates

All registrations begin at 12 p.m. (noon) Hawai‘i Standard Time

Current ‘Iolani student registration opens:

  • Feb. 25 (Tuesday) - entering grades 7 and 8
  • Feb. 27 (Thursday) - entering grade 9 
  • March 4 (Tuesday) - entering grades 10-12
  • March 6 (Thursday) - entering grades 4-6
  • March 11 (Tuesday) - entering grades 2 and 3
  • March 13 (Thursday) - entering grade 1


Visiting Student Registration opens:

  • March 17 (Monday) - Siblings of current ‘Iolani students (grades 1-12), newly enrolling ‘Iolani grades 6-12 students, ‘Iolani kindergarten applicants
  • March 18 (Tuesday) - grades 7-12
  • March 19 (Wednesday) - grades 1-6

Registration will close on Friday, May 9, for ALL summer programs.
No refunds after Friday, May 9.

International Student Requirements

We welcome visiting international students to ‘Iolani Summer Programs! Click for more information on International Student Requirements.

ELIGIBILITY

  • AGE: Students attending school during the regular school year outside the United States must turn 7 (seven) years old before June 16, 2025.
  • ENGLISH PROFICIENCY: Students must possess a proficient level of English comprehension and communication to participate in summer courses.
